Plural Coining: Ephemerals
An Ephemeral is a non-headmate simulated character. The Ephemeral may seem semi or even completely autonomous. However, unlike a true headmate, Ephemerals will usually only exist for a single interaction and will disappear afterwards.
Ephemerals are a completely normative experience that can be created by most singlets easily. Ephemerals can be further distinguished from headmates in that they lack autobiographical memories. If you interact with an Ephemeral of the same fictional character multiple times, the Ephemeral will not remember the past interactions as it’s a brand new instance each time.
