Text under the cut:

blue: male and masculine genders, as blue is typically used to represent masculinity

green: xenogenders and distinctive identities. green is often used to represent xenogenders, with the stripe also being inclusive of any and all gender identities that may not fall under the other meanings.

yellow: nonbinary and gender neutrality, as yellow is typically used to represent both nonbinary genders and being gender neutral.

white: fluidity and lack of gender. combining all colours of light results in the colour white, which is used here to represent how you can be fluid between any amount and any kind of gender. white is also often used to represent emptiness or nothingness, which is used here to represent feeling a lack of gender.

red: female and feminine genders, as red is typically used to represent femininity.

purple: mix of gender identity and multiple genders. purple is a secondary colour, a colour only gotten from the mixture of other colours, and thus is used to represent how you can feel multiple ways about your gender identity, or feel like your gender identity is a mixture of many things. this is also used to represent multiple genders for the same reason, as purple includes three colours (purple itself, and red and blue).
