A person who is able to mask but wants to be unable to/identifies as being unable to.
Masking refers to covering up or hiding ones neurodivergence/disability in an attempt to fit in with abled people, however, not all disabled people can/do mask. Even if 2 people have the same disability one may be able to mask while the other can’t. A person may be able to mask some symptoms but not others. Masking often takes a lot of energy, it can be a useful tool for going unnoticed but can be exhausting.
