Coining post
Hi y’all I come bearing gifts in the form of a coining post cause I have started using these terms with my pack and figured I should share.
So i’ve come to introduce
kinixus types
A kinixus identity is an identity that is reactive to it’s environment and trauma and may shift or split off frequently or infrequently (frequent for me)
Ex: your identity is a horse. You get stuck in pichinko hell and now feel your kintype shift a bit to a nightmare or ghost horse. After the trauma is over or hyper fixation ends. You go back to being a horse but now have access to this “side” of your horse self.
It doesn’t have to be trauma based either a lot of mine stem more so from being borderline. It’s important to note the difference between these identities and say a phantom shift is that it is a full identity with its own contexts and backgrounds. It stems from one main identity but each subsequent identity is unique and has depth in its own right.
So terms!
Adixtype-
the root or main identity. This is the identity that your other types are stemming from
Ramustype-
this is a “branch” type something that is morphed or comes from your adixtype. Such as a horse turning into a nightmare. The nightmare would be a ramustype.
Finistype-
this is a morph from a ramus type. The “leaf” of the tree (it doesnt have to be the end for sure though lol) these identities are still connected to the adixtype but maybe in a more disconnected or distant way or these types stem from a ramus type.
Ex: horse => nightmare => hellhound
Adixtype => ramustype => finistype
You can take the arrows (=>) as meaning morphed into. So the horse identity morphed into a nightmare from x or y reason. The nightmare identity morphed into a hellhound.
Like all self discovery things your system or how you personally experience this branching may very.
This may help explain to people (like myself) exactly whats going on. If you’ve followed me for awhile you can watch my about me page shift from threatening wolves looking several different ways, to pokemon, to dinosaurs, to dogs. You get the idea. Now i say i am a threatening with ramus and finistypes.
My tree i’ll post once i get home but it helps people understand why one day your a dog tje next day your a dinosaur. But you still consider yourself to be a threatening wolf if asked. While some may be more abstract from others. All my ramus and finistypes i do still see as part of my threatening wolf identity. They may represent something about it. Define something better. I dont consider them completely different kintypes as they come out of my kintype and often these types are exploring something about my threatening wolf identity that I couldnt grasp before or explain to myself without making it its own unique experience.
I also really think it may be a unique thing to people with unstable identities? But im not gonna fully claim that lol.
