It is a term for those systems that have furry(ies) [from the furry fandom], alterbeing(s) [from alterhumanity], radinclus(s) [MOGAI radical inclusion], pro/com/dove/selfshipper(s) [proshippers, comshippers, doveshippers] and also systems with mixed origins/chaogenic/polygenic/multigenic/pangeni and similar origins.

The second version of the flag [is] for those who are not of mixed origin/chaogenic/polygenic/multigenic/pangenic and similar origins.

The term literally means that there are systemmates on your system that are this.

And we also have a term, as As©eklurists. It can be used to mean that you are one of these, and you must be As©eklurprufe.

Context:

Chaogenic refers to systems or headmates that either have many different origins or have origins that are considered to be chaotic and/or confusing in nature.

Polygenic is a mixed origin subtype. Specifically, it means a multiple origin plural, especially if those multiple origins cause the plural to have a lot of members.

Mixed origin refers to a system that has multiple different system origins. This could be because their system formed from a combination of factors, or that not all of their headmates are of the same origin.

Pangenic systems are ones that have all origins within their experiences (excluding closed cultural and/or religion specific origins).

Apparently ‘doveship’ refers to “proshippers who do not post NSFW content.” Proship is shorthand for “problematic ship,” where a ship is a character pairing. This is fairly common terminology in fanfiction communities.
