It refer to someone who is amab [assigned male at birth] and transmasc/trans man. It include (but it’s not limited to):
-an amab who identify with a mullerian altersex [identifying with wanting to have a more ‘tradtionally’ female sex] identity and identify with a mingender/maingender [masculine aligned gender].
-a sexfluid/genitalfluid amab primarily on mullerian spectrum but with a mingender or /maingender identity.
-an amab who feels connected to transmasculinity/transmanhood
-a transsex cisgender man
-an amab detrans [detransitioned] man.
-an amab who feels like a man but in a trans way.
-An amab who feels they should be someone born mullerian who feels they are a man.

Genderfaun, also known as genderfawn, is a form of genderfluidity that never encompasses female or feminine genders.
