Yes, you basically can create any terminology you’d like. You can even make Monolexic terms, which I personally prefer (think transcane vs caneian). Nulldisabled is already in use to mean desiring to not have a disability one physically has. there’s even Aerodisabled to mean disability status that fluctuates or changes with the weather/environment.
