since i havent seen a kitten alternative to the puphandicap flag, i decided to make my own! heavily inspired by the pup version, but overall more kitten-focused
i think that the person who made the original puphandicap flag was banned off of tumblr, but if they made an alt acc, please let me know so i can credit them!
