A flag with nine horizontal stripes. The top four stripes are in shades of blue which become lighter as they reach the center. The bottom four stripes are yellow and become lighter as they reach the center. The center stripe is the thickest, and is white. In the center of the flag is the Ukrainian coat of arms.ALT
