Radqueer Survivor ———————– Radqueers who have survived trauma from society, antis, family, friends, etc. due to being radqueer.
Recovering Radqueer ————————– Radqueers who have survived trauma from society, antis, family, friends, etc. due to being radqueer and are working towards healing and recovering from said trauma.
Anti-radqueers seem to use “radqueer survivor” to mean “I survived being radqueer” and “recovering radqueer” as “I am a recovering ex-radqueer” (similarly to how ‘I’m a recovering (alcoholic/addict)’ is used). The terms above (which re-define the original terminology to be pro-radqueer) were coined during a span of time where it was really common to compare the radqueer community to a cult.
