(Pronounced as either: Pa-So-Mar-Ic or Pa-Som-Ar-Ic)
Pasomaric is a term for individuals who experience all attraction through their parasocial attraction / only experience parasocial attraction / are unable to feel attraction or be attracted to non-famous people.
Pasomaric folk may not be able to experience attraction to those who aren’t famous in some way. They may also only be able to experience attraction to certain types of famous people (k-pop idols, youtubers, celebrities, musicians, etc).
Terms under the Pasomaric terms would use -maric as it’s ending. (An example would be kpopmaric, or someone who is purely attracted to k-pop idols.)
If you don’t understand what this means still, here’s an example from my personal experience at the moment:
I don’t believe I can feel attraction to anyone but certain youtubers (and fictional characters, maybe). So if I begin dating someone who aren’t those youtubers, I wouldn’t be attracted to them. If that helps anyone understand better!
But everyone’s experience is different so use this I’d you think it fits you in any way!
