How to transition to transRAMCOA survivor, transRA edition! From a cisRA survivor.
Pick an ideology to surround yourself with. Surround yourself by:
Watching videos about the ideology (xyz videos, positive xyz videos, information about xyz, etc)
Look up propaganda posters (xyz poster, xyz infographic, xyz information)
If your ideology is about a religion, start reading scriptures from that religion
If your ideology is about a political stance, start reading papers and listening to podcasts about that stance. Surrounding yourself with politicians that have the same stance is also a good idea.
If your ideology is about a cult, start asking members and their leader what you can do to advance your knowledge.
Buy trinkets, patches, stickers, books, that have symbols. Slowly start to remember these symbols and their meanings. Always think positively or neutral about the meanings. Never negative.
Do not force yourself to be ingulfed fast. Indoctrination is a slow process. It will not work properly if you go fast.
Here are some things you can do below:
Start doing ritualistic tasks at a specific time period (I will expand on the tasks in a moment). The times should be very specific in nature, that at some point they become impulsive to do. You feel the need to do it.
These tasks can be doing prayers, writing or reading scriptures, making prayer beads, doing sacrifices (like putting out foods, meats, etc), doing devotional acts (this highly depends on what your ideology deems as devotional acts), cutting (safely, harm reduction), starvation/fasting, dry fasting (safely), binge eating (safely), and eating foods dedicated towards your ideology (pescitarian diet, eating all meats, etc).
Have them make decisions for you. Even if it’s something simple. Example being: using the bathroom, eating, playing a game, praying, wearing clothes, and more.
Start reality shifting, or learn how to. Make your dreams and reality shifts based on these ideologies.
Start joining relationships that are sex based to do sex sacrifices. These can be consang relationships, cnc relationships, etc. You can also join a romantic relationship (or any type of relationship) with someone who shares the ideologies to enforce them.
If you’re interested in going a cult, join a fult (faux cult).
Feel free to add on. All is necessary to transition fully. If you don’t do the above, you will not fully transition properly which can result in issues. Transition is not a requirement to be valid.
