A queer stance for survivors of childhood sexual abuse and any type of childhood abuse, related to “reclaiming” childhood innocence, and the joy ripped away from them. Angeliqueers hold on tightly to angelic and childlike themes and imagery, and may indulge in related aesthetics and present themselves as such to help themselves claim their childhood back.
This stance is not supportive of that is abusive or causes real life pain and suffering in a non-consensual way, such as racism, xenophobia, paramisia, child and animal abuse, rape, and more. This stance supports everything that does not cause harm or is abusive, including transIDs, radqueer, proship, paraphilias, MUDs, and more.
Context: ‘Rewritten’ refers to how this blog would rewrite and ‘recoin’ blankqueer labels by changing their definition. This means Angliqueer most likely was originally an anti-radqueer term, but I’m unable to find the original post.
