The first two flags are from radical-queer. Meaning: “Trans-identity for people who feel/want/desire to be transwoman, but can’t be one f0r any reason.”
The second two flags are from dustfaries. Meaning: “an identity for those who, for one reason or another, would like to identify as / with the label of transfeminine, but cannot.”
