Where one believes themselves to be, wants to be and forces themself to be, or is purely artistically inable, meaning they are unable to create art in any way or form, whether that be a certain kind or all forms!
This can be due to many reasons, whether that be being a certain type of alter in a system to just simply not enjoying art / creating art, or perhaps it’s because of insecurities! All are valid.
