His name is Wolfgang. He’s a permakid, transharmful, and transgerman. He’s also aracial and mirrors whoever’s race he’s around.
Anyone can use him as they’d like, except antis. I can’t control what they do, but this is a very personal character meant for my community alone. So maybe keep away from him if you are one.
