a boygirlskopos can wear feminine or madculineclothing and act like a boy or girl but not physically transitioning (getting bottom/top surgery, growing out their hair, cutting their hair, etc etc)
usually being boygirlskopos is a choice, boygirlskopos by proxy is when you cannot transition (familial issues, country/state laws, money issues, etc)
people who are boygirlskopos do not mind being misgendered because they know due to their lack of transtion people dont see them as a boygirl
