A MUD where one experiences compulsions with no underlying or motivating obsession, simply feeling the strong need to do the compulsion. Sometimes, the compulsion itself might also be the obsession, with them obsessing over needing to do it.
Can occur alongside other forms of OCD if some compulsions have attached obsessions but others don’t.”
