Barysadism (left) is described as being an extreme version of sadism where one is attracted to causing harm to someone that could greatly injure or kill them.

Leptosadism (right) is the opposite of this, being a mild version of sadism where one is attracted to causing only mild harm towards another person.

If there’s barysadism and leptosadism, then I think barymasochism (left) and leptomasochism (right) would also be a thing, right?

Same definitions as above, but the one would be attracted being harmed in such away by another person instead of being the one harming others.
