Archaeosapien Term (draconifiedzonai)

“Archaeosapien: A New Alterhuman / Nonhuman Label

Greetings to everyone who reads this post. Within the past few weeks, I had experienced a pretty intense stress shift. The thing that stood out to me with this stress shift was that I shifted not into my more draconic traits— but into one of my fiction kintypes, into a Zonai specifically. I assumed the phantom attributes and experiences of my Zonai self. In the midst of this experience, I had undergone intense feelings of longing that I couldn’t quite place. This wasn’t akin to species dysphoria or anything of the like, but something specific to my kintype’s ancient nature.

I decided to make my own terminology for this longing, but that was not the end of it.

There was something so distinct about being from an ancient race in general that I had to find a means of describing it as well.

Thus, I created an umbrella term for all ancient beings in the alterhuman and nonhuman communities respectively: archaeosapien.

This experience is defined as followed:

Archaeosapien: An individual whose alterhuman or nonhuman identity is intrinsically rooted in prehistory, antiquity or mythic accounts of history.

Archaeosapience: The state of being an archaeosapien. Archaeosapience is the collection of experiences, memories and reflections on one’s existence as an ancient being.

Further information on this term and the factors of this experience can be read here:

I don’t expect this terminology of mine to be readily used within the community, but I’d really appreciate it if folks read through it and shared it around where they can!

This document will be submitted to the Alterhuman Archive shortly, as well as this post that signifies the coining of Archaeosapien as a term.

Thank you for reading!”
