“Curetian

Definition:
- Someone who would “cure” their disability if given the opportunity to
- Someone who has “cured” their disability.
- Someone who is working towards “curing” their disability.
This can be used as a prefix for specific disabilities e.g Curetian Autistic.
Notes: Someone identifying this way does not indicate that they think everyone with their disability should be cured, only that they personally would take a cure/have taken one.
This also is only about what someone would do/has done not necessarily their identity. Someone may be both transallistic/Nullautistic and Curetian Autisic but being one does not automatically mean being the other. Someone could be Cisautistic and Curetian Autistic for example.
Non-Curetian

- Someone who has actively refused to “cure” their disability.
- Someone who is working towards reversing the “curing” of their disability.
This can be used as a prefix for specific disabilities e.g Non-Curetian Autistic.
Notes: Someone identifying this way does not indicate that they think everyone with their disability should not be cured, only that they personally wouldn’t take a cure/haven’t taken one.
This also is only about what someone would do/has done not necessarily their identity. Someone may be both cisautistic and Non-Curetian Autisic but being one does not automatically mean being the other. Someone could be nullautistic and Non-Curetian Autistic for example.”
