“Harmphoria/Painphoria

A term for the mix of harm/pain and euphoria that may be exprienced when affirming certain transids like transharmed, some transabled, transtrauma, some superseverity, etc.

For example, let’s say I want my chronic pain to be more severe. If I have a flare up, then that might give me euphoria but also simutaneously causes me pain. The euphoria doesn’t mean the pain doesn’t exist and vice versa, both emotions exist together.

For some the euphoria may be worth the pain, for others it might not be. It might also depend on the ratio of pain and euphoria or how prepared a person is to deal with the pain.”
