Symptoms:

Short periods of depression, lasting for a day minimum to a week maximum

Short periods of mania, lasting for a day minimum to a week maximum

Extremely short periods of hypomania, lasting up to 3 days and as short as half an hour

Suicidal/SH tendencies, intents, and desires

Feelings of numbness or dull emotions between mania and depression

Periods where emotions can feel ‘normal’, but normally short and rare

Periods of lost sense of identity

Extreme laziness during depression, and hyperactivity during mania

Reg depression, anxiety, mania, and in severe cases psychosis symptoms”
