this is my second try at these flags using my own color palette; my first attempt was a mix of -baby and -toddler flags, but ended up looking like a slightly paler -toddler flag

From the transid.org wiki, “Permafant, also called permainfant and permababy, is a term for those who feel like they are permanently infants. This identity may be stuck at a certain age in the infant range or be fluid between multiple infant ages. However, it will never stray outside of the infant age range (about 0-12 months). The term was coined by Tumblr user altage on May 1st, 2022.”
