A term for when ones romantic and sexual attraction, feelings, associations, excitement, etc are the same and feel combined together.

Possible experience examples to give you a better idea:

• Only ever feeling romantic and sexual attraction together as if they were one feeling
• Viewing any romantic relationship as also being sexual regardless of if typically sexual things happened (and vice versa)
• Seeing typically romantic things (like a fancy date) as also being sexual things (and vice versa)
• Always getting romantically excited at the same time as getting sexually aroused (and vice versa)

Romsexual can also be used as a suffix to indicate who you feel romsexual attraction to e.g biromsexual, homoromsexual, panromsexual, etc.
