“Schizobsessive Disorder

A medically unrecognized disorder in which one feels as though their Schizophrenia directly causes or influences their obsessive tendencies, or vice versa.

This could present in many ways, for example;

• Hallucinating the object of your obsession’s voice, or presence, near you
• Having delusions about being under the control of the object of your obsession, like your thoughts are theirs
• Having delusions about being a on a mission to serve the object of your obsession

or:

• Becoming obsessed with your existing hallucinations, attaching to them and getting possessive over them
• Having delusions about being obsessed with someone you’re not obsessed with
