“PrimeID adjusted flag with and without symbol.

I made an adjusted version of the PrimeID flag, because 1, the original yellow made it a little eyestrainy to look at to us and 2, the pink was in contrast to the blue and plum purple a little too dark/muted in our opinion.

Also, it’s now been resized to 1920×1151 instead of the original smaller size.
