Sadomasogender is a gender identity that is connected to, related to or influenced by sadomasochism, both sadism and masochism, being a sadomasochist, being both a sadist and a masochist and/or a gender identity that is stronger or only felt when one is engaging in sadomasochism, sadism or masochism in some way.
