A being who is cisspecies due to being born in the second (or otherwise not first) generation of one’s species – perhaps one is the offspring of transspecies beings, making a sequicisspecies being cisspecies.

“Sequi” comes from French; I looked up “second” word origins, found it, and looked into it to find that sequi also means “sequence”. The etymology makes sequicisspecies not exclusive to second generation beings, but anyone who did not come first in the species history.
