A NEP is someone the person with STPD (pwSTPD) finds extremely untrustworthy and is much more prone to being subjected to the pwSTPDโs distrust, delusions, or overall paranoia. A NEP may be a Trustable person who broke the pwSTPDโs trust, but they do not have to be.โง
