Start finding a lack of enjoyment with life, stop looking at the bright side of things and start looking at all the negatives of life.
Loose interest in your hobbies, and overall just loose interest in most things. Motivation gets lower when someone is suicidal.
Think about how people will react to your death, maybe even fantasize about it.”
