Perma Tsuki Project (1st) & Trans Ascension (2nd)

Context:

From the Lain Wiki:

“The TSUKI (月) Project (systemspace.link) was a website created by an individual called Tsuki” using Serial Experiments Lain’s aesthetics and lore.

“The website claimed that our current world is just one of many other systems, existing together in a multiverse called Systemspace. It purported that our system, called Life, is about to be “recycled” due to its enormous energy usage, and that the TSUKI Representative (also known as simply Tsuki, or Rep), a person from Life who could communicate with the outside systems, was called upon to facilitate the transfer of “souls” of Life inhabitants into another, much larger and diverse system, called LFE.

Tsuki claimed to represent a consortium of corporations and other groups, responsible for Systemspace itself and some of the largest systems in it, who had an interest in preserving Life culture and knowledge. Through the website, a person could sign up to become a migrant, allowing themselves to transfer to LFE after their death by any cause.

Suicide was believed to be destructive to the soul, but its discussion was not largely restricted. Belief was not required to participate, but a migrant’s hostile actions towards the Project or its community could lead to the revocation of their status.”

From u/CorrectingYourTsuki on r/ARG from 2017:

“Former TSUKI Project Migrant here. Arisuchan.jp isn’t the second coming of the Systemspace, it was created after the mod of the original website, Lainchan.org, had a total sperg meltdown and sold the board after whoring himself on cam for money.

“Le spooki anime suicide cult” isn’t a global conspiracy either — It was designed by a self-proclaimed 17-year-old Dutch schizo with MDD.

TsukiRep attention whored his way to cult-dom on R9K [/r9k/, the 4chan board] until he gathered a large enough following to fulfill his wildest shitposting dreams. Drama happened in the Tsuki discords, eventually leading to the comfy cult’s downfall. Those “white pixels” are EoTs (they’re probably just random gibberish made in MS-Paint).

The Project is dead, Tsuki was vanned [v&, hauled off] by the FBI, let your infatuation with the project die too.”

From the farms (Lindy64, March 2022):

“It wasn’t an ARG. It was a cult. A full on, sign up to this, get a free afterlife type of shit. Tsuki was a dutch guy named Leonard Leijenhorst. He suffered from delusions and believed that the world was going to “unlink” on a certain deadline. Even before he took on that alias, he talked about his delusions at various places online from an older alias that he went to major lengths to wipe from the internet.

He believed that once you died you’d go to “LFE”, which was some kind of cyberpunk afterlife bullshit. The kid was overall highly schizo and legitimately believed chunks of what he was saying, and would use threats against people who tried to silence him or talk about his shit. He had implicitly endorsed suicide but walked back on it later on, but it didn’t stop a couple kids from taking it literally.”
