Rose in the context of orientation is a portmanteau of the words romantic and sexual. Birosity is biromantic bisexuality, omnirosity is omniromantic omnisexuality, and so on. The suffix can be used in combination with any orientation and it’s counterpart but these are my personal submissions for the most common orientations I see online
