anon: Is there a term for a transid you don’t want to transition to? Sorry if this is a weird question.

I seen “non-transitioning” as a prefix thrown around in the past but there ain’t anything solid on it. Decided t change that- here’s a non-transitioning symbol, r nontransi- / notrans- fer short.
