“CORE BELIEFS

Critical thinking, individuality, tolerance, inclusionism, respect, personal responsibility, freedom of expression, humanitarianism, social reform, non-conformity, kindness, education, co-existence, and sex positivity are the core beliefs of MOREqueer.

MOREqueer believes the brain is a very vulnerable thing, and is very easily influenced, especially in a negative manner or when one is part of a collective. Thus, it’s important to regularly check one’s own belief system, the communities they are apart of, and if their way of seeking validation and acceptance is healthy or not.

MOREqueer also believes everything happens for a reason. Not necessarily in a spiritual sense, but in a factual sence, that thinking patterns and behaviors do not occur for no reason.

SEMI-CRITICAL INCLUSIONISM

MOREqueer believes in semi-critical inclusionism. MOREqueer supports and is inclusive of all good-faith identities and behaviors that do not result in nonconsensual harm, or the glorification, normalization, or encouragement of nonconsensual harm. MOREqueer also does not support any identities that encourage, glorify, or normalize suicide, cults, murder, eating disorders, bigotry, and self-harm.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Contradictory identities, complex identities, label collectors, microlabels, neopronouns, neogenders, exclusive or gatekept identities (such as neurogenders or cultural genders), regressors, alterhumanity of any form, plurality of any form, body modifications, paraphilias, fictional religions, profiction, proship, taboo fiction, taboo kink, neoreligions, and most transIDs, permaIDs, etc.

FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION

MOREqueer supports the freedom of healthy self-expression and bodily autonomy. It does not encourage suicide, self-harm, eating disorders, or anything that would be unhealthy for the individual/s involved or lead to an individual’s death.

That being said, MOREqueer does support the right to die for individuals with terminal illnesses or incurable pain and suffering. Just as one has the right to live, one has the right to die, but this should not be encouraged blindly. Life is irreplaceable.

Examples of expression MOREqueer supports:

Wearing tails and ears in public, doing quadrobics, label collecting, using microlabels, using neopronouns, art and fiction, plurality, decorating profiles, body modifications, tattoos, and generally anything that does not result in the harm of another person.

SH / ED COMMUNITIES

MOREqueer does not support eating disorder or self-harm communities. This is less to do with those struggling with eating disorders or self-harm, but rather the communities themselves.

This is due to the glorification and normalization these communities cause. Despite these communities claiming to be a helpful safespace for those struggling, it only makes people worse.

The sickest individuals get the most attention, causing members of the community to feel as though they need to be worse in order to gain validation. Showing your self-harm and disordered body online is not a healthy way of receiving validation and attention, as it only encourages you to continue doing these harmful behaviors.

These communities are also rampant with groomers and predators, or “coaches” as they’re known, alongside anti-recovery ideals.

Self-harm and eating disorders harm those around you as well, causing your loved ones to worry about your well being and the possibility of you killing yourself. It does not only harm you.

Even under the idea of “bodily autonomy”, MOREqueer does not support suicide, self-harm, or eating disorders. These are all unhealthy behaviors that should not be encouraged.

FREEDOM IN FICTION

MOREqueer supports all fiction, besides non-consensual RPF or NSFW RPF of minors. This includes taboo or problematic fiction.

MOREqueer believes the effects of fiction are entirely individual. Taboo fiction may be helpful or entertaining to some, while others find it immensely triggering. Both reactions are valid.

MOREqueer believes it’s healthy to separate fiction from reality, but understands it is not easy or even possible for some individuals. Some people are more vulnerable to the effects of fiction, such as youth, those who are neurodivergent, or those with mental disorders.

ENDOGENIC PLURALITY

MOREqueer supports all forms of plurality, including endogenic or non-disordered plurals. MOREqueer also believes there is no wrong or right way to be plural, and that plurality is a spectrum.

As a result, MOREqueer is anti-syscourse.

Plurality, at it’s core, is a survival / coping mechanism. Many people could benefit from the framework of plurality. The existence of healthy plurality and non-traumagenic plurality does not negate the existence of traumagenic and disordered plurals. Healthy multiplicity is a goal of many disordered and traumagenic plurals.

There are many causes of plurality and identity alteration. Some forms of therapy, such as the IFS model, even encourage voluntarily viewing oneself as plural.

The existence of non-traumagenic plurals does not cause traumagenic plurals to be taken less seriously. Endogenic plurals are living beings trying to understand their experiences. They do not “wish they were traumatized,” they are just being true to themselves.

ALTERHUMANITY

MOREqueer supports all forms of alterhumanity, including factkins (assuming it is expressed respectfully) and kin-for-fun.

MOREqueer supports harmless expressions of alterhumanity as well, such as quadrobics, packing, or wearing gear in public.

MOREqueer believes that you cannot control others, so you should curate your own space first and foremost. Prioritize blocking, muting, avoiding, and/or reporting those one is uncomfortable with.

MOREqueer believes that identity discourse is, more often than not, a waste of time. Everything has a reasoning behind it, even harmful identities, and oftentimes said reasoning cannot be impacted by a random person on the internet.

It’s not a lack of a stance, but more so the belief it’s not up to you to try to control others or decide how other people live their lives.

LET THEM THEORY

PARADOX OF TOLERANCE

MOREqueer follows the paradox of tolerance; the idea that true tolerance within society can only be achieved by intolerance of the intolerant. A truly tolerant society must retain the right to deny tolerance to those who promote intolerance.

It’s important to not take tolerance to an extreme.

When you pass the line of regular tolerance into blind, radical acceptance of anyone and anything, you reach an incredibly slippery slope where harmful and predatory behaviors can become normalized, if not outright encouraged. You begin to loop back into becoming intolerant by allowing the presence of intolerant people.

HUMANITARIANISM

Refrain from insults, harassment, discrimination, bullying, threats, abuse, and non-consensual harm. Understand and accept others as they are, rather than trying to control them and their lives.

MOREqueer believes no human life is without value. No exceptions. Do what’s best for both yourself and for others. Mitigate harm and educate others whenever possible.

Everybody deserves the space, time, and resources needed to change and heal. You do not need to personally forgive anybody for their transgressions; this is just a basic human right.

MOREqueer is anti-war, anti-genocide, anti-bigotry, without borders, and pro-kindness. MOREqueer supports violence only when it is absolutely necessary, and prefers nonviolence whenever possible.

That being said, MOREqueer recognizes violence as a universal language and understands why individuals may resort to it. It simply does not encourage or excuse unnecessary violence.

MOREqueer also subscribes to the Five Freedoms of animal welfare.

Freedom from hunger and thirst, freedom from discomfort, freedom from pain, injury, or disease, freedom to express normal behavior, and freedom from fear and distress.

Alongside this, MOREqueer follows the universal declaration of human rights issued by the United Nations.

SOCIAL REFORMS

MOREqueer is supportive of complete systemic and societal reform. The current system is corrupt, unjust, oppressive, and discriminatory. The system was built like this on purpose to control us.

MOREqueer believes anything necessary for survival, such as water, food, and housing, should be free. This includes disability aids and medication as well. Public spaces should be more accessible to those with disabilities and overall more welcoming to marginalized groups.

Free healthcare is a basic human right, due to its necessity for survival. Healthcare reforms are also needed. Due to the stress healthcare workers are put through on a regular basis, they make mistakes. Sexism and ableism are also often enforced by healthcare professionals. Medication needed to survive should be free.

Education should be free and more easily accessible to the public. While having a general curriculum is important, students should have more options based on their interests and abilities. Education is also stressful for many students, whether it be due to external or internal factors, and more aid should be given to them. Mental health support, such as coping mechanisms or what to do during a crisis, should be taught in schools. MOREqueer also believes religion should be kept out of a primary or secondary school’s curriculum, but students should also be allowed to express their religion while at school.

Prison should be about rehabilitation, not punishment. Prisons are infamous for having terrible conditions, and abuse towards prisoners is commonplace. The justice system is built upon oppression, and cops benefit from this oppression. Cops are also notorious for discrimination and police brutality. Overcriminalization is also an issue. MOREqueer also believes the death penalty should be abolished. MOREqueer supports ACAB + BLM.

MOREqueer also supports non-exploitative youthlib, or youthlib that does not encourage minor/adult relationships, the abolition of the age of sexual consent, or child sexual abuse. MOREqueer believes the age of majority should be 18. MOREqueer also believes the age of sexual consent should start at 16, and extend to those no more than 2 years older than the individual until they reach the age of majority.

PSYCH-CRITICAL

MOREqueer is psych-critical, but not anti-psych. The psychiatric field is helpful for many, but is not without its flaws.

MOREqueer supports informed self-diagnosis, and acknowledges that receiving a diagnosis and professional help are privileges. MOREqueer also believes, as a result, that mental health resources should be free and easily accessible to the public.

MOREqueer believes diagnoses are highly subjective, and supports those who aren’t seeking an official diagnosis. A diagnosis can lead to discrimination inside and outside of the psychiatric field. MOREqueer also believes as long as no harm is being caused by a symptom, there is no actual need to treat or reject it. One should focus on treating their own symptoms and behaviors, rather than focusing on fitting into a criteria or finding a diagnosis for their experience. However, MOREqueer does acknowledge the usefulness of a diagnosis.

MOREqueer believes the definition of paraphilias is rightfully controversial. Paraphilias are known as an “abnormal sexual attraction,” when normalcy is an entirely subjective concept. MOREqueer believes paraphilias that have no relationship to or ability to cause harm or nonconsensual harm in the real world, it should be considered a normal and non-pathological attraction. MOREqueer is also against conversion therapy, and believes sexual attractions cannot be “cured,” healed from, or gotten rid of.

MOREqueer is MUD critical, leaning towards pro-MUDs. Many MUDs are redundant and can be attributed to already existing disorders. However, if one finds MUDs helpful for any reason, they are welcome to identify with them.

MOREqueer believes many mental health issues can be seen as a form of zoochosis. The constant, prolonged stress of being captive in a capitalistic and oppressive society can result in mental illness. These oppressive systems can prevent some people from natural behaviors, such as finding a mate (marriage and relationships) or foraging for food (having enough money to buy food), which is another key factor of the development of zoochosis.

ANTI DEATH PENALTY

MOREqueer is against the death penalty, no exceptions. As per The Advocates for Human Rights page on the death penalty:

The death penalty goes against the basic human right to life. There is nothing stopping countries from using the death penalty even for petty crimes, and many countries do not actually reserve the death penalty for the “most serious” crimes. Youth, 14 years or younger, have also been sent to death before. The death penalty is also used unfairly against marginalized groups. The experience itself of being on death row can also amount to torture, and is often extremely distressing. Innocent people may also be sent to death by accident. The death penalty also prevents rehabilitation and instead focuses on punishing the individual. The death penalty may also stop some individuals from speaking out about their abuse, for fear of their abuser being executed, which can prove extremely problematic if the abuser is a loved one. Some individuals also survive the death penalty, leading to unnecessary harm.

MOREqueer supports the pro-choice movement and ability for a pregnant individual to have an abortion at any point in the pregnancy.

Murder is defined as the unjustified killing of another. Abortion is not murder because it is justified. Nobody should have to be pregnant or have to give birth to a child against their will.

Abortion is a necessary form of healthcare that, in some instances, can be lifesaving. Access to legal abortions also lowers the rate of injury and death caused by illegal, unsafe abortions. Abortions allow victioms of rape, those with unplanned pregnancies, or those not in a safe environment to have children to abort their baby.

The decision to end a pregnancy is extremely personal, and oftentimes an extremely difficult decision to make. Being pro-choice means those that want to end their pregnancy can do so without repercussions, not that those who wish to keep their baby must abort.

PRO-CHOICE

SEX POSITIVITY

MOREqueer is sex positive and supports the destigmatization and education regarding safe sex, healthy sexuality, and paraphilias. MOREqueer priotizies RACK, PRICK, CCC, and/or SSC practices.

MOREqueer believes sexual expression is good, natural, and healthy. Assuming all individuals involved consent, and are capable of consent, one is free to express their sexuality however they’d like. This includes taboo kinks such as ageplay or consensual nonconsent. Keep kinks involving public play to designated clubs or areas.

MOREqueer also believes in sex work reforms. MOREqueer believes sex work is real work, and that sex workers deserve more respect and protection than they currently receive. MOREqueer also believes sex work should be legalized and seen as a valid form of employment.

MOREqueer is anti-abuse and pro-consent.

ANTI-CONTACT PRO-PARA

MOREqueer is pro-para, anti-contact, and anti-consang. Attraction does not equal action. MOREqueer strongly believes that animals, children, and corpses cannot consent to sexual activity.

MOREqueer does not support those who think contact discourse is unnecessary or those who “have no contact stance.” It also does not support or condone anybody who has a stance besides anti-contact. It’s important to remember contact stances only apply to paraphilias that would be harmful to act upon, such as the big 3.

Body language within animals is not enough of an indicator of consent, nor can one confirm whether or not an animal is properly informed about sex. Due to the power dynamics of an owner and their pet, consent can also often be considered involuntary, groomed, or coerced. Animals are also incapable of explicitly revoking consent.

Children under the age of 16 are too young to properly comprehend or be informed about sex. Even if a child voluntarily chooses to engage with sexuality, oftentimes this is done without fully understanding sex, or as a result of grooming and coercion. Due to the power dynamics between adult and child, consent can be considered involuntary, groomed, or coerced. Children are also commonly not aware of how or when to revoke consent.

Although theoretically one could consent to their corpse being used for sexual activity after death, a corpse cannot revoke or alter consent, thus nullifying any sexual consent given.

Not only this, but oftentimes engaging in sex with animals, children, or corpses can result in health issues for the perpetrator and victim alike. Corpses can spread disease and infection, children are not developed enough for safe sexual activity, and animals are both not developed for sexual activity with humans but also capable of spreading disease through sexual contact.

PRO-CONSENT

MOREqueer is pro-consent and anti-abuse. Consent is necessary for healthy, safe sexual encounters. Not every being is capable of consent, for a variety of different reasons.

Sexual consent is explicit, informed, voluntary, and is able to be revoked. Consent involves the explicit presence of a “yes” rather than the absence of a “no.” Although body language may imply consent, it is not considered explicit consent. An individual can also stop consenting at any point, so it’s important to make sure your partner’s feelings haven’t changed.

An individual must be sober and awake in order to properly consent. However, MOREqueer believes that, if consented to beforehand, kink play such as somnophilia and intoxication play can be consensual. The difference between this and sexual abuse of a corpse is that the individual can still revoke consent.

IN-SYSTEM RELATIONSHIPS

MOREqueer supports in-system relationships of all varieties, including those of a taboo nature or those that would be unethical in the real world. This is to be decided on an individual basis, as for some systems these types of relationships can cause internal issues. This is also assuming the individuals involved are capable of consenting.

Obviously, alters are real people, but there is a discrepancy between what happens in the internal world and the external world. What happens in the internal world is different from reality, but remember, it can still impact reality.

MOREqueer is inclusive of littles with sexual roles and believes littles with the mental capacity of an adult, in the body of someone legally capable of consent, can consent to sex. The same goes for nonhuman alters. If they have the mental capacity to consent, such as having an understanding of sex, being able to say no/yes, et cetera, they are free to engage in sexuality however they please.

In a similar vein, MOREqueer also supports alterhuman beings and humans having relationships, and believes viewing it as bestiality takes away from the cruelty of actual animal sexual abuse.

QUEER-PARAPHILE UNITY

MOREqueer supports viewing paraphilias and kinks as part of the queer community, but believes it’s up to the individual to decide if their attraction is queer or not. Historical parallels exist between both groups, and both groups are victims of discrimination.

Many people also already view queer people as paraphiles, or someone with an “abnormal sexual attraction.” MOREqueer believes the queer community could benefit from the destigmatization, or even inclusion, of paraphilias.

MOREqueer believes paraphiles and kinksters are an oppressed group. They are frowned upon and shunned by society, and may be kicked out of homes, fired from jobs, lose custody of children, put through conversion therapy, abused, and even murdered. Many healthcare professionals don’t want to work with paraphiles, making seeking help difficult. Many paraphiles and kinksters alike live in fear of their personal sexual desires being uncovered and made public.

This is why MOREqueer believes paraphile / kink pride is not only acceptable, but important for the sake of destigmatizing paraphilias and kink. It stands directly in the face of the stigma paraphiles and kinksters have to face, and lets people know it’s okay to be sexually diverse. For many people, it’s a way of accepting their identity.

However, MOREqueer believes pride should be centered primarily around adults due to the sexual nature of paraphilias and kink. A minor releasing their personal sexual information out into the internet makes them vulnerable to predators.

MOREqueer also supports kink at pride, assuming it’s done in adult only spaces. MOREqueer does not support minors in adult or NSFW spaces.

CONSANG

MOREqueer believes healthy incest is impossible, and even if it was, that it shouldn’t be encouraged due to the mass amount of risk and harm associated with it.

According to family systems theory, families work as one complete unit. When one person struggles, it affects the entire family. In a healthy family, people, naturally, learn to rely on one another. Boundaries surrounding sex are part of a healthy family. No normal, healthy family unit contains incest.

Parents have authority over their children, just as older siblings do over their younger siblings, due to their maturity levels in combination with their role in the family. This creates a power imbalance. Besides this, most instances of incest are a result of grooming, abuse, or coercion. Many people who enter incestous relationships do so as a result of previous abuse or trauma and unhealthy family dynamics. The separation or falling out of an incestous couple will also impact the entire family unit by default.

Just because something feels healthy or consensual, does not mean it actually is healthy and consensual. Oftentimes, individuals do not realize they’re being groomed until they leave the situation.

MOREqueer is radqueer-critical, leaning towards anti-radqueer.

MOREqueer does not support lying about one’s chronoage or cisIDs, and is critical of transIDs, permaIDs, and other adjacent identities. MOREqueer also does not support cults or fults.

MOREqueer does not support transracial identities, with the exception of fictional races or null/aracial identities. Transitioning into transharmed or transharmful identities is frowned upon, and similar, non-RQ aligned labels such as fauxIDs or cognIDs are preferred. As for permaIDs, MOREqueer believes some permaIDs can prove problematic and unhelpful when it comes to recovery and healing.

MOREqueer does not support transabled identities and believes those who identify as such out of a need to be worse/sicker/more disabled should seek therapy, because that is oftentimes an unhealthy trauma response, and is not something to embrace. In instances of BIID, one should also seek psychological help, so they do not end up harming themselves physically.

MOREqueer is also anti-xenosatanism. MOREqueer does not support bestiality, public sex or public nudity outside of designated spaces, the legalization of CSEM, minors in sex work or kink, incest, rape, child molestation, the commercialization of human flesh, self-harm, suicide, the anti-psych movement, or the abolishment of the age of consent or age of majority. Quite frankly, MOREqueer finds xenosatanists despicable and is extremely against the ideology.

RADQUEER-CRITICAL

OTHER STANCES

MOREqueer views animals as below humans, but still worthy and deserving of respect and humane conditions. MOREqueer is open to veganism, but it is not a requirement to be MOREqueer.

MOREqueer is anti-transmed and believes dysphoria isn’t necessary to be trans. MOREqueer is also anti-sysmed, and believes non-disordered and non-traumagenic systems exist and are valid.

MOREqueer is against the concept of “narcissistic abuse” or other similar terms, due to the stigmatizing nature of such terms. Someone with a personality disorder can be abusive, but abuse is not inherent to the personality disorder. That being said, MOREqueer acknowledges the ugly and harmful parts of having a disorder, but does not excuse such behavior.

MOREqueer supports recreational (or medical) drug and alcohol use, assuming the individual is aware of possible risks and consequences. MOREqueer believes weed, shrooms, and other soft drugs should be legalized.

MOREqueer is majorly peaceful, believing violence should be discouraged except for situations where it is necessary or used as a last resort.

MOREqueer is strongly against cringe culture and believes people should be allowed to be themselves, so long as nobody is being harmed by it.

MOREqueer supports coexistence, even with those one disagrees with or finds harmful, due to the sheer fact that every human life has value. However, one should not be forced to be around those who make them uncomfortable.”
