1: A rectangular flag with nine stripes. From top to bottom the stripes are dark brown, brown, desaturated tan, light tan, off white, desaturated light blue, desaturated navy, muted navy, and navy. The desaturated tan, and desaturated navy stripes are thin and on each side they have small scalloping outlined in white. The light tan and desaturated light blue stripes are thicker. The muted navy and brown stripes have scalloping on edges that face away from the middle. In the center there is a symbol of a light blue moon with a stack brown books in the bottom right corner. It is outlined in white.
